      I could not be happier with the service I received, what a great experience!! I could tell by the web site that this company was REALLY eager and happy to get your business by even offering a 24 hour service. When I called the next morning, the phone was answered immediately by the owner... I called a few more times that day and again the phone was answered immediately by the owner. When I brought the computer in to have a hard drive replaced, the owner immediately took my computer and began the fix right on the spot. He did exactly what I wanted and really exceeded my expectations. You can tell the owner is an honest, hard working person who wants to get future business from referrals so he treats you right!! It is also very obvious that he is VERY knowledgeable about his business of computers. When I called around to shop other places, the competitors either didn't answer or they acted like they didn't have a clue about what I wanted done on my computer. I am thrilled to have found this place and I rest assured ... I received, what a great experience!!       Very Pleased With Service - C.C.S. answered my phone call immediately (no phone tree), we discussed my issue. He tried to walk me through some things on the phone, but I did not understand (I am not real computer literate) He came over and I was back up functioning later the same day. WOW, I highly recommend them based on my experience.
